In addition, the human factors most prevalent among the attitudes of both Aviation Maintenance Technicians (AMT’s) and the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) officials were demanding deadlines, environmental / personal distractions, and lack of proper use of maintenance manuals or instructions.
